What is Coaching?

To put it simply – Coaching is a great way to enable you to become clear about what you want and the steps you need to take to get there.
By asking you the right questions I will help you become clear about your values, beliefs and goals. I can then guide you to find your own solutions, and help you to plan how and when you will implement them.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses the technique of hypnosis to help people relax and gain access to their unconscious mind. Our unconscious mind controls our habits,behaviour, emotions, beliefs and memories, and accessing it can produce rapid and powerful changes.
Anyone can be hypnotised as long as they wish to enter into a hypnotic state. It is a completely natural and safe therapy, the experience differing for each person.
Unlike the perception of stage hypnosis, you will always be in control of what you do and say.
What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming which refers to a set of skills, exercises and techniques that reframe the mind and improve the way you communicate, think, behave and react to situations.
Neuro: finding out how we think as we are all unique.
Linguistic: looking at the way we communicate.
Programming: the patterns of behaviours and thinking that we learn and then repeat in order to make decisions, solve problems.
